Poliwag is a Water-type Pokémon within Pokémon World Online. It evolves into Poliwhirl at level 25, which evolves into Poliwrath by use of a Water Stone. Alternatively, Poliwhirl can evolve into Politoed via empty trade while holding a King's Rock. With a Medium Slow experience type, Poliwag reaches level 100 at approximately 9.1 million experience.
