One Island or Knot Island, is the first of the Sevii Islands archipelago. Celio runs the research center within the town. Surf south to reach Treasure Beach, head east to face various opponents in Kindle Road. Up north is the Ember Spa and Mt. Ember [redacted].

Trainers may ride the ferry to One Island once they have obtained all 16 badges from Kanto and Johto. This destination option will only appear after the obtention.
