Route 27 is a route located southwest in Kanto. This is the route where players can cross the border between Kanto and Johto; the western terminus is New Bark Town, which requires players to surf across the water to reach. Its eastern terminus is Route 26, which connects to the Pokémon League Reception Gate.
Between the two entrances to Tohjo Falls are a group of trees, which block off the player's path on the land, forcing them to travel through Tohjo Falls to reach the other segment of the route.
