The Science Water Lab is a quest only accessible area that is located in [[Saffron City]].  The lab has two levels, to access the first one you must complete a [[#Entry Quest|fishing quest]]. To access the second level you need to battle all the NPCs on the first level.

Water Laboratory is located here in the Kanto region.


The Water Laboratory is located in Saffron City, and has two levels; one above the ground and the other one, underground. It becomes available after completing the Sevii Island Quest. In order to get full access to the Ability Scientist and many wild Pokémon there, you must defeat the intruders in the Water Lab Quest.
