Union Rooms are special areas established within PWO specifically to enable players to Trade with each other. There is one Union Room per region, and players must register a Union Room password in an office in either region to access the area.
Union Room
For an additional verification to further secure a player's Pokémon, players are required to correctly enter a 5 digit Union Room password for verification reasons upon entry into the area. The password may be registered in an office in Celadon City in Kanto, and in Olivine City in Johto.
If you forget your Union Room password, you may request a reminder under your Playerdex settings.
Accessing the Union Room
Once a 5 digit PIN has been created, players may access the Union Room on the second floor in the Goldenrod City or Saffron City Pokémon Center.
